Returns Policy

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO GET THE RETURN PROCESS STARTED!

Our products are made to order especially for you, we only accept returns or replacements on products arriving damaged or wrongly shipped. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please don't hesitate to reach out to us first to clarify anything or to see if your photos will work great or not for portraits.

Our return policy lasts 5 days from delivery confirmation and covers all regular priced wall art products. If 5 days have passed since receiving your item, we are sorry but we cannot offer a return or exchange at this time.

All art is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping, however if you have received a damaged/defective/misprinted item please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item and we will replace the damaged item immediately. If you do not contact us about the issue within the 5 days of receipt, we will unfortunately be unable to help you with the issue, so please make sure to inspect your items upon arrival. 

Your art arrived damaged or misprinted
1. Take photos of the damage or issue with the canvas/print, as well as the damaged packaging if it arrived damaged from shipping as we will need photo evidence in order to process a claim.

2. Contact us through our contact form to start the conversation, with your order number, name, and issue with the product. We will then reply to gather photos.
*please note, if you are using a forwarding shipping service to receive your order, we are not responsible for any damaged orders.

*Exclusions: We do not issue refunds, store credit/exchanges for the following:

  • Sale items (unless defective upon receipt) * Includes items purchased during a sale event
  • Special order or custom prints: Applies to all portraits and custom printing.
  • Items missing original packaging and/or tags
  • Items shipped to wrong address due to customer error when ordering.
  • Gift cards.
  • Dirty diapers - Do we sell these?
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, un-washed, un-flushed down a toilet, un-peed on, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached that came with the item. Any items that are returned damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.


Returns (if applicable) must be sent to our Canadian returns facility.
Even though we have multiple print warehouses across the world, we are still a Canadian based business and all returns must be sent to our Canadian returns address for inspection within 14 days of return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you h̶o̶w̶ ̶a̶n̶g̶r̶y̶ ̶w̶e̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ how we have received your returned item as well if the return is approved. We will then setup your store credit (if exchanging) or process your return.
Note* Shipping costs incurred are not refundable. Your refund amount will be for the total cost you paid for the item only we do not cover return shipping costs as we already cover shipping on all outgoing orders and do not ask for this back.

If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless tracking is provided.

Items returned without a return authorization will be refused and not accepted for a return so please contact us first. Upon agreement at checkout all purchases are binding by the policy agreement and all charge-backs will be disputed with your bank with proof of your policy agreement.
